Dress Up Games and Winter Weight

It’s always a sad thing when you realize you’ve started your winter weight gain before winter even appears. Once upon a time, we lost weight over the winter as humans waited for the ripe and fertile spring to come again. Today though, we get to celebrate our weight gain and loss with dress up games for every season. Winter dress up games are often designed to hide the extra fluff that comes along with holiday treats and dinners. Apparently it’s already time to break out the big concealers.

Dress up games are so much more forgiving in the winter than in the spring or summer. The layer of sweaters and jackets can hide virtually anything under fleecy, fuzzy layers. A pair of stretch pants and a long sweater work all season long and even if you have to get dressed, suits are wonderful at concealing a few extra pounds here or there. The dress up games in the winter adapt as your body changes, and hopefully come January when the treats are put away, the winter weight will begin to melt off leaving you svelte and ready for spring time dress up games again.
