Losing Weight and Dress Up Games

Dress up games are fun for just about everyone, but when someone is having a weight problem, dress up games lose much of their appeal. It’s hard to feel funky and pretty in something that doesn’t fit correctly or looks ill fitting due to some extra weight. Losing weight for dress up games isn’t at all a requirement, however.

If you picture yourself at a certain size and want to get back to that size for your own dress up games and daily wardrobe, you can do so by adjusting your diet and exercise routines. Move more and eat less. Calories that are stored in the body turn to fat, so really you need to eat only as many as you will actually use. If you don’t use calories you consume, you store them as fat.

So moving more will help to burn off those extra calories and eating less of the bad stuff and more of the good stuff will help you to consume fewer calories overall without seeing a reduction in energy.
