Dress Up Games for Girls

Girls love dress up games, and this is especially true for girls who love fashion and technology. Dress up games are a wonderful combination of both – they are fashion games played on the computer. The technical dress up games are more like a form of art than anything else with the emphasis on style and combinations giving girls a great way to express themselves through clothing and fashion accessories.

To play dress up games, you’ll start with a doll base on the internet. The doll base can be any number of different characters or even celebrities depending on what sort of game you’re looking to play. Next, look for the clothing items in the collection that she’d look beautiful in. Drag and drop the clothing on the bare base and soon your dress up games are in full gear. You’ll have an internet doll wearing the latest styles and fashions as created by yours truly. Your styles can be fun or they can be serious if you print them out to share or submit them in a contest. Regardless, it’s always an adventure.

Dress Up Games and Summer

The warm summer months are perfect for plenty of things, and dress up games are absolutely one of them. The summer is the best time to really spend time working on your dress up games and finding the ideal style for you as you look forward to the next school year. Start your summer dress up games by cleaning out your closet from the previous year. You’ll want to remove anything from your closet that isn’t very flatting or that doesn’t fit well any more. You can also take out clothing that you don’t wear any more – if you haven’t worn it for a year, it’s a safe bet you won’t be wearing it anytime soon.

Next, you have the full summer to work on your new look. If you like your style now, just add pieces over the summer as you spend time in the shops. Play dress up games in the dressing rooms to find pieces that really suit you and that are flattering. If you’re using the summer months to lose weight, you’ll also need to take that into account as your clothing can change shape on your body if you’re losing weight. Don’t hold off on all your new purchases until the end of the summer, but don’t but anything that is already almost too loose either.

Dress Up Game and Summer Hair

One of the most frustrating parts of summer dress up games for me is the hairstyles. With the hot sun beating down on me in whatever outfit I choose, I want my hair up off my neck so that I can cool down easily enough. But I don’t want to look sloppy either. And I certainly don’t look very good with short hair. It’s a fine line to walk between being comfortable and looking good at the same time.

I’ve found through dress up games that having bangs gives me a lot of freedom in how I pull my hair up and style it. With bangs, my hair always looks a bit more stylish than if I’d pulled it back in a simple ponytail. I can twist it up casually and come away looking polished thanks to the bangs that would help to frame my face. It might not work for everyone, but having bangs and a distinct hairstyle has helped me not only through the winter months when I wear my hair down, but through the dress up games in the summer months when I feel like I really need to wear my hair up.

Dress Up Games and Dieting

It seems to happen every year. I head into my closet to dig out the warm weather clothing for summer and in the process of the dress up games realize that I’ve gained a bit since last summer. The dress up games always seem to bring bad tidings, but at least I’ve grown to recognize that this will happen and prepare for it as best I can.

Bulky sweaters and an overabundance of rich food over the winter months seems to make a bit of extra padding stick to me. Since I know this will be the case, I pull out my summer clothing easy on for some dress up games at home. I try on all of the outfits to figure out which ones I still love and at the same time take note of the weight I need to lose. I think put myself on a diet for the rest of spring so that I’ll be ready for the warm weather when summer finally does arrive. It’s gotten so that the spring and summer routine is just that – routine. But using dress up games as an indicator of weight also lets me wear the same basic fashions every season, which is certainly a good thing.
